Over the past decade, I have worked across software engineering, program delivery, stakeholder management, and digital transformation initiatives serving large-scale public and private sector organisations.

My background spans financial services, government, insurance, and technology — giving me practical experience across the full spectrum of enterprise technology work: from building software and managing delivery teams to advising executives on AI strategy and digital operating models.

Today, I focus on helping teams adopt AI responsibly, improve delivery effectiveness, and build the capabilities required for long-term success. I work independently, which means every engagement gets my direct attention — not a junior team member's.
